I was contacted by email by an HR person a couple weeks after I applied online through my school career resource center webpage.

The HR person asked me to register for the Assessment Skills Test through Pearson Vue Testing services.

About a month after, I took the exam, which was mainly a programming test (and they introduced you to a new programming language to test whether you understand programming syntax).
