I applied at a college career fair and heard back within a week or so.

They asked for a resume, and shortly after, had me schedule a phone interview and a skills assessment.

The phone interview was straightforward and mainly seemed to gauge motivation and interest in the position. The interviewer also had me walk through a project I had worked on recently.

The skills assessment was difficult and had a section with quick math, one where I had to answer questions about a hypothetical language they described, and one where I had to implement four coding challenges. The latter section was difficult and took me around 1.5 hours.
