Basically a phone screening, followed by a technical challenge that they sent me. It wasn't too hard (but still probably a bit above average difficulty), although it took 3 hours or so.

The final round would normally be an on-site, but was instead a 6-hour Zoom interview. Questions weren't really technical at this stage, mostly asking about my resume and pitching the company. Some "thinking out of the box" questions were asked.

For the on-site: How can we design a system that allows us to retrieve people's profiles when the person entering the name may make a typo, the name may have letters not on a standard keyboard, etc.?
