I applied at my school's career fair.

The first step was taking an online screen, which asked a series of behavioral questions mixed in with random math/general knowledge questions.

Then I had a phone interview with a developer. We discussed my resume and Epic. It was pretty pleasant and straightforward.

After that, I got to the infamous online assessment. It wasn't inordinately difficult, but it was challenging, taking me more than 3 hours.

A week later, I got a rejection email.

Made up a programming language, then answered questions about it.
