Applied online after a recruiter messaged me, and had a phone interview scheduled after that. The phone interview was pretty straightforward. It started with the interviewer talking about Epic, then we talked about one of my projects and finished with some data structures/algorithms questions. They flew me out for an on-site interview after that, which consisted of a tour, a demo of some of their products, two technical interviews, and an HR interview (though the HR interview was really like one interview question and more of a discussion about benefits/relocation).
