I applied to Epic in mid to late September 2018 for a software development position. Typically, Epic then follows up with a phone call regarding the relevant position, as well as a skills test. I had already completed both of these when interviewing for an intern position earlier this year (I was not accepted into that program). Within three days, Epic reached out for an onsite interview. The interview in early October included a software overview, a case study, a project presentation, and HR behavioral sessions. I received my offer less than a week later.

When Epic mentions a casual dress code, they truly mean casual. Do not show up in a suit unless that is the only way you are comfortable interviewing.
