Got a phone interview scheduled a day after applying, as well as the online test.

I missed the first phone interview due to a technical issue. They rescheduled it; however, this time they missed the interview and forgot to call.

It was scheduled a third time, and this time I did manage to talk to someone. The interviewer was super nice and approachable, sounding like an engineer and not a recruiter.

The online test was straightforward. Didn't do so well on the 2-minute and logic sections; programming was very easy, however.

Despite doing well in both the test and the phone interview, I still got rejected a week later.
