3 rounds:
15-minute phone screen with a developer to check basic information and ask basic interview questions (explain a project you are proud of, explain a time you had to compromise with a teammate, etc.).
Asynchronous assessment testing math, logic, and coding skills. It is on the easier side compared to other assessments.
3-hour final round, most of which are informational sessions about Epic's campus, culture, and products. Then a technical interview with a developer (30 min) and a behavioral interview with your recruiter (30 min).
