Contacted by a recruiter, then had a phone interview with basic HR questions, along with a Q&A session about Epic. About a week later, heard back from the recruiter with an invitation to attend an on-site interview.
The on-site interview was all-day, with demonstrations, talks with a software developer, tours of the campus, as well as an HR interview, a tech interview, a general test (similar to the SAT), and a programming test. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Heard back after about a week again.
Tech questions weren't very hard. There were no questions that you wouldn't see in a general basic skills test. Some dynamic programming knowledge might come in handy.
