The first stage in the interview process was a 30-minute phone screen where a software developer at the company talks with you about a project you've listed on your resume and what it's like to work at Epic.
The second stage was an online exam that consisted of three parts.
The programming section of the test was a standard set of LeetCode-style questions. Only the math test has a time limit, although one of the evaluation metrics for the whole exam is speed. The exam will take about 2-4 hours.
The third stage in the interview was a site visit in Verona, WI. The interview day consists of a case study (a problem-solving session with a developer), a short project presentation (where you give a 20-minute presentation to a developer about a coding project you've worked on), and a short behavioral interview.
Additionally, you'll receive a tour of the campus, a product demo, and a meeting with a software developer to discuss the Epic development process. All of the staff is very open and friendly, and the experience was wonderful!
