The interview process at Epic was a little different from other companies.
I first had a phone screen and then was asked to go to a local test center where I took a 4-hour test on the computer. The test involved various simple math and logic questions, with some coding at the end.
Then I was invited onsite to their huge and pretty campus in Verona. There was a tour of the campus, a tech talk, and another session where I had to present one of my projects.
At the end, the recruiter handed me a one-page test to be finished in 2 minutes. It included verbal and simple math questions. I got to read only half the questions and was a little surprised by the kind of test I was taking.
Finally, I was contacted by the recruiter about whether I needed visa sponsorship and an export control license. I needed both based on my nationality.
I was not offered the position at the end, unfortunately.
A two-minute test, handed by the recruiter, with questions similar to those in the GRE.
