Software Developer Interview Experience - Verona, Wisconsin

Process

The process took over 6 weeks. I applied after being contacted by a recruiter.

I went through the personality test and phone interview. Then I spent 3-4 hours on the technical test, and the next step was another 4 hours for a virtual interview.

After all of this, my recruiter dragged out the process an additional 2 weeks, telling me I was being considered for another position in addition to Software Developer. The other position was Client Systems Administrator, and I had to go through several calls with the recruiter and a meeting with a current employee in this role.

After approximately 6 weeks and over 12 hours spent on this process, I was given a generic email telling me they have gone forward with other candidates and cannot give any reasons for this decision.

If you decide to pursue a role with Epic, be aware this is a company that is perfectly fine wasting your time in the job search.
