First was a resume drop, then a phone call screening. They asked basic stuff about my resume, in line with what everyone else said.
Next was a programming test consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions based on their own programming language, then 4 coding questions. I thought the last 2 were relatively difficult; they felt like homework problems that we'd have 3 days to work on, not 30 minutes. (For coding ability, I attend a top 3 school for CS, so I'd like to think I don't suck that bad.)
