Submit resume online and got contact from HR very soon.

First is the phone interview with a technical worker, but they only asked pretty easy behavioral questions, even including GRE and TOEFL scores.

Next, I was told to have the skill assessment at some test center.

The programming problems in the skill assessment are pretty difficult. Most of them are about dynamic programming and recursion.
