Applied online. A phone interview invitation came after 6 days. After I scheduled one, I was asked to schedule an online assessment with an online proctor. I did that assessment after 1 week.
The assessment has four parts:
All parts are timed so they can know how much time you spent on it.
I had a phone interview after another 1 week. They didn't ask me any tough questions. An on-site interview invitation came after 10 days.
The on-site interview was basically a tour at Epic (and Epic campus is really a beautiful place). During the tour, there was a 20-min technical interview and a 20-min HR interview. In the technical interview, a developer talked with me about a project I've done. He questioned me a lot about detailed designs about that project. The HR interview was quite easy and there should be nothing to worry about it.
The offer came after 2 business days.
You really should be super familiar with the project you are going to talk about. You should know every detail about that project. You should also think if there are flaws in your design. The developer will question you about these things.
