Process

They start with a 15-minute informal call to gauge interest in the company.

Then you take an online assessment. This part is technical and can take about 1-3 hours. It is not like other technical interviews where someone from the company calls you to ask you questions; it's pretty much a test that you do on your own. There were math, logic, and programming sections.

After that, they fly you on-site for a behavioral interview (there are no technical interviews on-site!).
