An hour-long phone interview, a 3-4 hour-long coding assessment, then a day-long onsite interview. The actual interview portion of the onsite interview was 30 minutes. The rest was spent on a company overview presentation, a company tour, meeting a recruiter (and talking about salary, etc.), and meeting other employees.
