After I applied to this company through CareerBuild.com, I got an email several days later, just one day before Christmas. An HR staff member asked me to move forward and choose a time slot in the next five days. I gave them the time slot I preferred for a phone interview right after I received the email. I didn't receive any confirmation until the scheduled time. However, I still decided to wait for the phone interview at that time. Then, after one hour, I received an email from another HR representative. He told me the HR staff member who contacted me before is on vacation this week and would like to schedule another phone interview for me for the following Friday, giving me time slots to choose from. I decided not to move forward. I have interviewed with several other companies of different scales, but I have never had this situation before. This company is not professional at all.
