The interviewer briefly introduced the company and then asked some questions, such as: Why do you want to work at Epic? What is your career plan in five years? Do you mind relocating? And what percentage of traveling can you accept?
Finally, they asked me a really simple algorithm problem.

Pros: - Motivated, intelligent coworkers.
- Good compensation for a post-college job. Good raises/bonuses make up for lack of (public) stock options.
- Awesome campus, food, and environment.
- Lots of opportunities, as long as you are willing to work for it.
Cons: - Management is young, which can be frustrating at times. They don't always handle difficult situations as well as I would expect, and your experience at Epic is dependent on having a manager who watched out for you.
- Work/life balance is nonexistent. High expectations from our customers and a need to please lead to a lot of late nights.
- If you don't like traveling, don't consider implementation. Travel can exceed 80% at peak times.
