Process
Started process about mid-September and got offer end of October.
- Met and talked to recruiter during career fair in mid-September; applied on the spot.
- Received coding challenge 2-3 weeks later. It was a long coding challenge and skills assessment (took about 4-5 hours in one sitting). I gave up on the last coding problem because I was too exhausted by the 5-hour mark.
- Was flown out to have final interview in Madison, Wisconsin around mid-October. They gave a tour of the beautiful campus, and we ate lunch (food was DELICIOUS). Had two interviews afterwards. One was to describe a developmental project, and another was just a basic behavioral with the recruiter.

Pros: I met some amazing friends and earned some good money.
Cons: I deeply regret staying at this company for as long as I did. If you absolutely must work there (and I do not recommend it), plan your exit as soon as you accept your offer. Don't languish for 3 years, let alone 5 or 10.
Some vocal employees like working there, but they are the exceptions. This place will churn through you, process you to death, and toss you away without a second thought.

Pros: Has room for growth, to trend down a more management-focused position or a more technical position.
Cons: Around 2-6 months of training is required, where you're expected to study PDFs for 8 hours in your office and take tests.
Expected 45~ hours per week with no overtime pay.
Promises benefits, but none are actually delivered immediately:
* Being employed for less than 2 years means you get no 401k match.
* Your true salary is less than the offer until completed training.
* Your signing bonus must be returned if you leave before 2 years.
Works with out-of-date software, languages, and frameworks. Very stagnant technology-wise.
10 vacation days a year.
No remote working allowed.
Located in a rural town with not much to do nearby.
