Pros: A great campus with an excellent cafeteria, filled with highly intelligent and outgoing employees. Epic supports individual growth in the workplace while offering a unique set of benefits fit to compete with any other company of its kind.
Cons: The tendency at Epic is to encourage employees to work too much, with a high turnover and few employees lasting more than two years. While the compensation is good, Epic is known for burning out new graduates.
