First, I applied for the software developer/engineer position online.
Second, after one week, I received an email to schedule a phone interview and completed the personality test called Rembrandt. It was an easy test that took around 30 minutes.
Third, after one week, I had the phone interview. It was a non-technical interview.
Then, after two days, I got an email which invited me to the on-site interview.
