Process

There was a technical exam, including logical programming questions that could be answered in the language of your choice.

That was followed by a phone interview, and then an onsite interview with other candidates (there were 10 or so in my 'batch' of people being interviewed that day).

There was an emphasis on friendly interactions with the other candidates, and the overall environment was very casual (jeans and a polo would not have been out of place).
