I am first asked to schedule a phone interview, choosing dates that I am available up to 4 weeks out. The phone interview is scheduled for the latest possible date I offered.

I am then asked to schedule a date for a programming/problem-solving interview, which "does not require you to study."

The phone interview was a simple 30-minute introduction to the company and the position/onboarding process from one of the lead software engineers. The interviewer asked me one question about projects I had worked on in the past.

The technical interview had 4 sections:

• One with logic questions and a short timer
• One with general math questions
• One that asks comprehension questions based on a fake coding language it teaches you
• A final section with four difficult coding questions (leetcode-style)

About 3 weeks after my interviews, I was given a rejection email from someone at HR.
