It's a first-round on-campus interview at Brigham Young University. Actually, I had interviewed with them last year already. I did two rounds. The first round is just behavioral questions, and I believed that I handled them pretty well. Sample questions include: "How do you resolve conflict or disagreement at your workplace?" etc.
If you passed the first round of assessment, they will carry on to let you do an online aptitude test, which has both IQ and personality questions. It's not too hard at all. I believe most guys who passed the first round should handle the second round easily.
Then they will do some general skill test, which requires you to write some code and see how fast and neatly you can finish 3 small problems. I didn't do too well over there. I guess that I am not fast enough, or so.
Anyway, this is it.
Situational question: Imagine you are working in a group of 5, where you are the decision-maker. You have a totally different opinion over an issue with all the other group members. Now, it comes to the time to make your decision. Will you stick with your own idea or follow the majority?
