45 min role introduction, 1 hour long personality test, 4 hour OA. Got an extremely high score yet was told moving forward with other candidates. Terrible waste of hours of my time and a week of preparation.

1st Stage: 30min Phone Interview + Online Assessments 2nd Stage: Group Interview, System Design, HR Each stage is about 1-2 weeks to get a response from HR. They will eventually reach out to you during each step.

I applied through a recruiter. The hiring pipeline begins with an initial technical assessment, moves to a strategic screening call with the hiring manager, and concludes with an intensive four-hour superday evaluating overall fit.
