Had to take a Rembrandt Advantage test online, which consists of IQ questions and personality questions. There was no end result or score, and I didn't need to study for it.

The phone interview talked about current projects, and they asked about things from my resume, GPA, projects, graduation date, etc. Within two days, I received an invitation for an on-site interview.
