Very formal and automated. The technical interview was done with some person in a call center in India, staring at you and your monitor for 4 hours. The questions were strange. You needed to write code in a Word document with no ability to test or compile your code, and they were expecting computable code. Any click off the tab would freeze the interview, so no Googling any syntax questions either.
