Good pay for entry-level.
Not much advancement in the company.
Epic's interview included a written test, a personality test, and an in-person interview. They have a well-organized interview process, and I was one of many candidates who interviewed that day. The interview took place on their beautiful campus in V
The epic process was very long. There is the application, the initial phone screening, the long exam, then interviews. They required you to take a 3-4 hour exam prior to the actual interview. Relocation to Wisconsin was required.
All remote. Lots of meetings: large group (why you should move to Wisconsin), medium group (how are you in a group setting), 1 on 1 (are you competent). These happen throughout the day. I think 3 hours total, with a break.
