Phone interview and assessment. The assessment has 4 parts and is very tedious. It consists of timed 2-minute questions, a math test, coding questions, and answering questions based on a made-up language.

Madison in general is a quiet and comfortable town.
If your team is interesting, then you will have a great time.
There is a lot of push to move to C# in the coming years.
Cons: Work is not very challenging if you do not get good projects.
The path to leadership and career advancement is not very transparent.
