Pros: Great pay, allowing for growth in a lot of areas and soft skills. An excellent place to begin work right out of college.
Cons: Transferable skills, even for developers, are close to none. Probably the only company in the world to use this tech stack. Transitioning to another job will be difficult coming from Epic.
