In a second phone call, they will just ask some questions about your resume/experiences, unlike a proper technical interview.
Then, if they are interested in moving forward, the recruiter will contact you and set up an online test. This test consists of programming questions and some questions based on the language that they use at EPIC (which you will have no issues understanding and answering).
With this, they just want to check how fast you can learn a new technology.
The 4 programming questions are based on string manipulation, recursion, matrix, and some sorting logic. You can easily get hold of these questions online, and they repeat frequently.
I thought everything that I did in the test was correct, but couldn't find out the way that they select you for an in-person interview.
