The phone interview was very casual and easy, but their OA is very ridiculous. It consists of a nonsensical behavioral health questionnaire and then solving four coding problems in a text box.

Pros: Amazing pay, amazing campus, amazing cheap, delicious, healthy food. Everyone is razor-sharp smart. You'll get good experience, and it will look very good on a resume.
Cons: You will be worked to death. I think their main thing is getting people right out of college so they have no idea of what it is like to work at a company that gives a crap about work-life balance. Of course, as an SD, you can't expect much there, but Epic absolutely doesn't care about work-life balance, then pays you to keep you shackled.
Turnover this high isn't normal.
