Process
The first round is the phone interview, which includes technical questions, some behavioral questions, and an introduction to Epic. The behavioral questions cover topics such as why Epic, why you want this position, and others already posted on this site. The technical questions relate to the design of an elevator. Given different situations, how would you design it?
The second round is the online assessment. It's similar to what's posted on this site, including questions about colorful numbers, keyboard tasks, etc. I am still waiting for the result.
