Process
I tried to take the coding assessment online. The website threw unexpected errors; apparently, it was being updated at the time.
Epic uses an old university exam-taking website for their coding exams, which was frustrating and embarrassing because there are so many modernized and more efficient solutions available.
I had to withdraw my offer because the whole process reeked of corporate spending cuts, to the detriment of the actual future product technology creators.

- 1.0HR tools flooding my job feedSoftware Engineer • Current EmployeeOctober 30, 2024Pros: Large "tech" company that could probably provide some good experience, especially for those who cannot compete with the FAANG NPCs.Cons: Epic has a terrible Talent Acquisition Team. They post a job in every city in the US so maybe you will take their bait and be required to work in Nowheresville, WI. Half of the job postings I see on LinkedIn are from Epic for the same position, creating a huge inconvenience for all job hunters.
