Process

They found me on LinkedIn and I talked to the recruiter at a college event.

After a couple of weeks, I got an email about setting up a phone interview, so I applied online.

I waited a couple of weeks, and they didn't respond, so I sent an email to the recruiter.

The next day, I got a response and they said that they wanted to set up an interview.

The interview was really casual. He wanted to know a lot about my project team experience and why I wanted to be a software developer. The interview took about an hour and it was mostly behavioral.

After the interview, I took the skills test, which consisted of "puzzle" coding games. I am still waiting for the recruiter to contact me.
