Process

Had a phone screen and a technical assessment. The phone screening was given by a current software engineer and was pretty laid back. The technical assessment, however, took roughly 3 hours to complete. There were 4 parts to this assessment:

2-minute logic test
SAT-styled math test
Programming with 4 LeetCode-like problems
A technical learning portion where you answer MCQs based on a made-up language's syntax and rules.

The technical assessment wasn't difficult, just time consuming.
