Of all the interviews I have had, this one involved the most hoops to jump through. The proctored exam that you are required to take was unnecessarily long (4 hours).

It was a very basic exam aside from the programming portion, which really took up the majority of the time.

Upon completion, you have no idea how you did, and I did not hear back from the company for over a month.

I ended up accepting another offer in the meantime as they took forever to reach out for a follow-up interview.
