Process

Phone Interview: Fairly straightforward. Asked typical interview questions like "why do I want to work at X?" One question in particular I remember them asking was to describe the project I am particularly proud of. We talked about the methodology by which I approached the project and, looking back, how I could improve the project.

Skills Assessment: The skill assessment was done through ProctorU. There were three sections to the assessment.

  • The first section was 10 math questions/brain teasers. There was a pretty tight time limit to this section, so I wasn't able to finish the last question.
  • The second section was 20 logic questions based around a made-up programming language.
  • The third section was four programming questions. None of them were too challenging: around easy to medium difficulty in LeetCode.

On-site Interview: I had the feeling that the on-site interview was fairly relaxed. They again asked me to describe in detail a project I was particularly proud of. They also asked me how I would approach designing a scheduling system.
