Brief phone interview, then a difficult online assessment.

The phone interview was behavioral and was not a problem at all. The interviewer was fairly nice and polite, and understood a college student's perspective.

The online assessment consisted of multiple-choice questions, then four coding skill assessments addressing four fairly difficult assignments.
