I submitted an application and resume online and completed a personality assessment and simple math problems.
I was contacted by an HR representative the next day who asked me if I would be willing to consider a different position than I applied for. I agreed and participated in a 30-minute phone interview the following week.
The next day, I received an email inviting me for an onsite interview and adding another position that I would be considered for. The onsite interview was with the same person I spoke with on the phone. I was given a tour with three other people and a demo of the software.
Following the interview, I took the assessments that were consistent with what has been previously described: math, logic, programming, verbal. I was told that if all went well with interviews and assessment, I will be asked back for another interview in which I will speak with people in the positions I am applying for.
I am now waiting to hear back.
None of the interview questions were difficult. The assessments are challenging if you're not a good test-taker. As previously mentioned, you must agree not to discuss the specific content of the assessments.
