It was a very in-depth, thorough interview with a ton of questions. It followed the SMART approach but also involved very technical questions as well. The interviewer was very professional, and I felt that the questions were all definitely applicable

There is a written test, followed by an on-site behavioral interview. The whole thing felt relaxed. I believe that the most important part of the process was the written tests.
