Integrations Engineer
It was long but very informative. The interviewers were engaged and very interested in me as a person. I felt heard and felt appreciated. I had the opportunity to talk to someone in the position I applied for, which drove up the appeal for me.
Software Developer
One large intro interview, like a lecture, just an info dump on what we need to do. It could be a video, not an "interview." The first interview/lecture was kind of a waste, but there was some intro to the fair-sized online test they had us do.
Technical Architect
Entirely automated through the website and emails. Very efficient but impersonal. The reason I didn't get the job was that the automated skills test was for a programming position, not for a Technical Architect, so of course I failed the test.
