Management is a huge red flag. The job is incredibly role and team dependent, and even in the same role, your team culture can make or break your experience. There is a strong grind mindset here that is incredibly stressful and if you get stuck with an unsympathetic manager (honestly most of them), then they treat you horribly. Upper management also keeps adding new policies that make lives difficult for the most ridiculous reasons (no more remote work during snow storms, instead you have to use your allotted remote work days)
