Nice for young people getting started with their first jobs. Overall, people there are very nice, and I love my coworkers.
Management is a huge red flag. The job is incredibly role and team dependent. Even in the same role, your team culture can make or break your experience. There is a strong grind mindset here that is incredibly stressful. If you get stuck with an unsympathetic manager (honestly, most of them), then they treat you horribly. Upper management also keeps adding new policies that make lives difficult for the most ridiculous reasons, such as no more remote work during snowstorms; instead, you have to use your allotted remote work days.
