There are a lot of great things about working at Epic. Your coworkers are fantastic, the benefits are outstanding, and the campus is fun and has great food.
You will get to feel like you're making a difference and be challenged on a daily basis. Since they hire a lot of recent college grads, working there is a great way to get some work experience. Many companies aren't as willing to take a chance on people who don't have 5+ years of professional experience.
You are going to be asked to work, and work hard. That isn't really a con, but you should go in with your eyes open and set limits from the start. No one is going to tell you to work less, and you will usually be rewarded for extra effort. However, for many employees, that comes at the cost of their personal life and, in far too many cases, their mental health.
The company is also struggling to manage logistical problems that are a result of their success, like traffic and parking on campus.
When HR tells you that you will have your own office, assume that means it will also have an office mate in it. There also is not a ton of opportunities for promotion, as the company structure is very flat.
Be more flexible about working remotely, working from home, and time off in general.
The sabbatical is a more than generous benefit, but it doesn't help your employees on a regular basis.
You are not overly generous, especially compared to other tech companies on things like sick time, vacation time, or parental leave.
I know improving these things would cost money, but they would improve the productivity of your employees by reducing burnout and making it more likely that your employees would stay at the company longer.

Had to take a test first that included logic questions, some programming questions, and math-related questions. The questions were pretty average in difficulty, and none were impossible to solve. I also had a phone interview that was pretty casual an
I submitted my resume through Handshake, completed an online assessment, and then had a brief phone interview. The phone interview was mostly behavioral, with some questions about topics on my resume.
