Good first company out of college
They hire in large quantities, especially during the summers. This means there is a very good chance of getting a job here straight out of college if you have the skill set and attitude they expect.
Pay for quality management is pretty good for a software testing job, with a fairly predictable cycle of yearly raises (amount depending on performance).
Sometimes situations will come up on your team where more than the usual 40-45 hours may be expected in a week. It is not for the faint of heart.
Company also has a limited number of work-from-home days per year, and company culture makes that unlikely to change any time soon. I personally prefer office-based work, but I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.
