Incredible culinary options, a strong starting salary, standing desks, bikes to get around, etc.
Ownership is emphasized! There is a very strong company culture, but ultimately everyone is responsible for their own work that they produce, especially individual projects.
Very social and active company. Not everyone is 'young', but it feels good to work with many people who are in your age range and are at a similar stage in life.
Very limited remote work options due to investment in the campus. Only two weeks' vacation for the first few years. High expectations no matter how high the workload already is. We answer to our customers, so they always come first.
