Epic is a nice place to work
Training is long and allows you to get your feet under you before real work starts.
Not many days off. They only give seven paid holidays. If you are not from Wisconsin or the area near it, it is very tough to see your family during the holidays when you start work. The work is very isolating and people do not mingle very often.

Quality Manager
You apply for PM or TS, and they may let you know you are also considered for the QM role. The interview includes a presentation that you have to make. I think it is effectively the same as PM, but you are judged for PM (IS) or QM.
