The campus looks pretty. Coworkers are young, interesting college grads.
The work-from-home policy is nonexistent. Team Leads/Management are unable to help you with anything. The CEO is terrible. The PTO is laughably low. The company culture is toxic.
Give managers the ability to make real changes for their struggling employees (work from home opportunities, ability to give raises, etc.).

You apply for PM or TS, and they may let you know you are also considered for the QM role. The interview includes a presentation that you have to make. I think it is effectively the same as PM, but you are judged for PM (IS) or QM.
