They offer really great benefits, especially health insurance.
There is a blatant disregard for work-life balance.
It can be very cliquey, and people can backstab. The company pays lip service to diversity, but no substantive changes are made to improve the company internally.
Don't expect people to work overtime as a standard. Treat people in Quality roles as if they are actually valued.
